Theme: Artificial Intelligence and Gender : Challenges, Inclusion and Social Transformation
At the Chair BEST, our mission goes beyond research. We are committed to generating impact-driven knowledge that bridges academia, entrepreneurship, and societal transformation.
In a world where Artificial Intelligence is reshaping economic systems, leadership models, public policy, and innovation ecosystems, addressing gender inclusion is not optional — it is essential.
AI is not neutral. It reflects the structures, data, and power dynamics of our societies. If not designed responsibly, it can reinforce inequalities. If guided by inclusive frameworks, it can become a powerful lever for:
✔ Reducing structural gender gaps
✔ Empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs
✔ Designing fairer economic and digital systems
✔ Promoting socially responsible innovation
Through ICGS 2026, the Chair BEST reinforces its commitment to:
– Supporting interdisciplinary dialogue between researchers, entrepreneurs, and policymakers
– Advancing inclusive entrepreneurship and socially responsible innovation
– Encouraging ethical AI governance and gender-sensitive public policies
– Creating bridges between academic research and real-world societal impact
This conference is not only an academic gathering — it is part of a broader ambition: to shape responsible innovation ecosystems that generate measurable social impact.

• Social Entrepreneurship, Gender and AI
• Digital Transformation and Gender
